Cinderella's Breast Reduction Process

Straight Incision Method

This is an operation that involves removal of a large amount of stretching skin and fat tissue with a straight incision from the bottom of the nipples to the un-
derline of the breasts. Although incision scars remain on the lower chests, the advantages are that the postoperative shape is natural and can be reduced in large quantities.

  • It is effective for saggy breast correction by reducing the skin at the lower chest.
  • This method combines the advantages of areola incision and T-shaped incision method, so it is very effective for excessively big breasts.

Areola Incision Method

If the breast is not significantly large or drooping, use the areola incision tech-
nique. It is suitable when there is not much reduction of breasts (about 150 to 250 grams per breast), and liposuction is also performed to enhance the effect. Only the surrounding area of the areola is incisioned, so there is less noticeable scarring and maintains the natural shape and function over time.

T-shaped Incision Method

If there is a large amount of tissue that needs to be reduced and there is a lot of saggy skin, the reverse T-shaped incision method is used to correct it. The scar is placed from the lower areola to lower chest lines, and over time the scar may lighten, but the scar will be still visible. Therefore, this method is done only when the breasts are extremely large.
